  • Jesssica Mauro

    Meet Jessica

For Jessica, great design is about more than creating a beautiful space—it’s about creating a home that truly works for the people who live there.

With more than 20 years of experience in interior design, remodeling, and general construction, Jessica brings a rare combination of creativity, technical knowledge, and real-world construction experience to Compass Cabinetry. She understands a project from every angle, from the first design conversation and cabinetry layout to permitting, construction coordination, and the finishing details that bring a space together.

Jessica is experienced in 2020 Design, Chief Architect, and SketchUp, using these tools to help clients visualize their projects and feel confident in their decisions before construction begins. Her background in project management and her experience navigating both local and state permitting processes allow her to guide projects with organization, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of what it takes to turn a design into reality.

What Jessica enjoys most is getting to know her clients—the way they live, what they love about their homes, and what they hope to change. Whether she’s designing a kitchen, planning cabinetry, or helping coordinate a larger renovation, her goal is to make the process feel personal, collaborative, and enjoyable.

Jessica believes the best spaces aren’t simply beautiful. They feel like home.

  • Sue Lambert

    Kitchen & Bath Designer

    Meet Susan

With more than 30 years of experience in cabinet design, Susan brings an incredible depth of knowledge and expertise to the Compass Cabinetry team.

For three decades, Susan owned and operated Riverside Kitchens, where she built a successful business helping homeowners create beautiful, functional kitchens and cabinetry designs. Her years of hands-on experience have given her an exceptional understanding of cabinetry, space planning, product selection, and the details that make a kitchen truly work.

After selling Riverside Kitchens to Compass Cabinetry, Susan transitioned into an advisory role, allowing Compass to benefit from her decades of experience and industry knowledge. She continues to be a trusted resource to our designers and team, offering guidance, insight, and the perspective that comes from a lifetime in the cabinetry business.

We are delighted to have Susan remain part of the Compass Cabinetry family and to carry forward the experience and reputation she built throughout her many years at Riverside Kitchens.

  • All I can say is WOW - I LOVE IT ! Thank you so much for your guidance and your attention to the details! Your communication with me was also excellent and in my opinion that makes a big difference! The cabinets are all beautiful and I love the flooring (we saw the little bit that was installed under the upstairs bathroom cabinet).
