A renovation in Alton

This renovation happened due to unfortunate circumstances for our clients. They came to us after having sustained a massive water leak that ultimately destroyed the kitchen and bathroom along with other parts of the home. We chose to replace the cabinetry using Legend Cabinets. A high quality, non-customizable cabinet that would simply replace what was already there. With a few minor adjustments to the existing floor plan, we were able to open up this space to the rest of the home to make co-existing with family and friends more enjoyable. For a timeless yet updated look, we chose a pillowed subway tile backsplash with white grout that looks crisp against the beautiful white quartz countertops. After new flooring, paint, and a new drop ceiling with a few added light fixtures, this kitchen was finally back to a functioning state. In the bathroom we reworked the floorplan slightly to accommodate a larger, custom tiled shower that is ADA friendly. After tiling the floor in beautiful 12 x 24 gray travertine tiles, we set a Legends Cabinetry vanity with crisp white quartz countertop and polished Nickle finishes. We were able to take this main level from sad to glad within just a couple of months. We were so thankful to be able to help these folks who had endured disaster and make their home feel right again.
